Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all product lines.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into elegant user flows.
- Conduct usability testing sessions to iterate on designs based on data-driven insights.
- Mentor junior designers through critique, feedback, and collaborative creative sessions.
- Develop compelling visual assets that elevate our brand identity across multiple touchpoints.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles within the broader company culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related creative field.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating complex web and mobile product design capabilities.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a huge plus).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly agency setting.
