Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create cohesive design systems and maintain component libraries to ensure cross-product consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality, pixel-perfect features.
- Conduct user testing and synthesize feedback to iterate on designs effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our growing design culture.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with a focus on business impact and user needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field within a tech or agency setting.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in visual design and user experience methodologies.
- Mastery of industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS) to foster smooth design hand-offs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing complex SaaS or mobile applications is highly preferred.
