Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create and maintain robust design systems to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to ship features that balance user goals with business objectives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and refine features.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and constructive feedback.
- Develop compelling visual narratives and micro-interactions that elevate the brand experience.
- Facilitate design sprints and workshops to drive cross-team alignment and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- A world-class portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus).
- Proven ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience working in an agile environment and managing complex product roadmaps.
- A data-informed approach to design with a passion for metrics and user feedback loops.
