Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Translate complex user insights into intuitive, visually stunning digital products.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Facilitate design workshops and critique sessions to foster a culture of creative excellence.
- Partner closely with Engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation and visual quality.
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the creative department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex digital products, mobile apps, and design systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Protopie, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of front-end constraints and technical feasibility (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep expertise in user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
