Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity interaction design.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that unify brand identity across digital products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and refine features.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence through design critiques.
- Create compelling prototypes that effectively communicate concepts to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for innovative UI/UX practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related creative field.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex product work, design systems, and mobile-first thinking.
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS) and how they influence design.
- Proven ability to articulate design decisions and strategic vision to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting user research and data-driven design optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
