Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity visual execution.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of design assets.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and refine features.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our studio's growing design culture through critiques and workshops.
- Articulate design decisions to stakeholders with clear, data-informed storytelling.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and prototyping technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related creative discipline.
- A world-class portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and high-fidelity visual design.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie.
- Deep understanding of mobile-first design, responsive grids, and accessible design principles (WCAG).
- Proven ability to work in an agile environment and thrive under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex UX logic to non-designers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
