- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Analyze user behavior data to drive data-informed design decisions
- Create compelling visual narratives through motion and interaction design
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product design with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B and consumer product designs
- Deep understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
