Responsibilities
- Lead Design Strategy: Spearhead the UX/UI design process from concept to launch, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric approach.
- Design Systems: Develop, maintain, and scale our internal design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and improve team efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes.
- User Research: Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing) to validate assumptions and drive design decisions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence within the team.
- Visual Excellence: Push the boundaries of modern web design trends while maintaining strict brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Visual Design.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma with a strong understanding of prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie.
- Portfolio: A robust, updated portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Agile: Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
