Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery.
- Develop and maintain a scalable Design System that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product evolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (including advanced prototyping and auto-layout features).
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of UI principles, typography, and motion design.
- Experience working within agile development environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
