Responsibilities
- Drive the product design vision from conceptualization to final high-fidelity implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define requirements and iterate on user flows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that adhere to our robust design system.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and uncover user pain points.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design feedback and continuous improvement.
- Ensure design consistency across our entire digital ecosystem.
- Present design solutions to key stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing complex web or mobile applications.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design process and user-centric problem solving.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.
- Strong understanding of modern design systems and component-based UI architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for staying ahead of design trends and emerging technologies.
