Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for core platform features from concept to deployment.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that ensure brand consistency across web and mobile.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and lead engineers to ship pixel-perfect experiences.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our growing internal design culture.
- Translate complex data and requirements into clean, accessible, and intuitive UI components.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices within cross-functional squads.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or digital design within a startup or agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design, interaction patterns, and user-centric problem solving.
- Solid understanding of modern front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/React capabilities).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience working within and contributing to robust design systems.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
