Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from ideation to implementation for mobile and web products
- Develop and iterate upon user research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and quality execution
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimize user journeys
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product design with 3+ years in senior/lead roles
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design and problem-solving
- Proficiency in user research methods (interviews, usability testing, persona development)
- Experience mentoring designers and fostering collaborative design cultures
- Deep understanding of design systems and component-driven workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
