Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-fidelity visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to drive data-informed product innovation.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and scalable design systems that grow with our business needs.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or a related field.
- Proven track record of shipping successful digital products with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and visual craftsmanship.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
