Responsibilities

- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe Suite
- Develop comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Analyze user behavior data to drive iterative design improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
