Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for flagship client projects, from research to final implementation
- Develop comprehensive design systems ensuring brand consistency across 50+ digital touchpoints
- Conduct user research sessions and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX researchers and frontend developers
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring emerging technologies like AR/VR interfaces
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional product design experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design with measurable impact
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
- Proficiency in design system creation and maintenance at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
