Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for flagship mobile/web products from concept to launch
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create comprehensive design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Present design solutions to C-suite stakeholders and secure stakeholder alignment
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with 3+ years in senior/lead roles
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design systems
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and data analysis
- Experience mentoring designers and fostering collaborative environments
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Ability to balance business objectives with user needs
