Nova Digital is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring our products are not only functional but also delightful to use.
As a key member of our design team, you will drive the design strategy, mentor junior designers, and work closely with engineering to bring concepts to life.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-fidelity user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Maintain and evolve our centralized Design System to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and scope.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the wider team, defending design decisions with data and user needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our design practices cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer (5+ years minimum).
- Extensive proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong, portfolio-driven portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects from concept to launch.
- Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design decisions clearly.
