Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex digital products and systematic design thinking.
- Deep proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate vision to non-designers.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
