Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design strategy for flagship digital products from discovery to launch.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready assets.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain design integrity.
- Develop and iterate upon a comprehensive, scalable design system for cross-platform consistency.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a feedback-driven design culture.
- Advocate for user accessibility and inclusive design practices across all product touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related creative field.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, design systems, and component-based architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional development teams.
- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
