Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design cycles from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritize design initiatives
- Create compelling visual designs, prototypes, and interactive presentations
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design for digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
