Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Create and maintain a scalable Design System that ensures brand consistency and accelerates development.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Marketers) to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to advocate for innovative design solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Expert proficiency in design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience in the SaaS or FinTech industry is a plus.
