Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex features, from concept to high-fidelity implementation.
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of growth.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure scalability and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
- A strong, online portfolio demonstrating a history of shipping successful digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Experience with design hand-offs to development teams and adherence to design specs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
