Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Facilitate design workshops and critique sessions to foster a culture of constant improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Translate complex user research and data into actionable, intuitive interface solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design workflows.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and prototyping technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field within a fast-paced agency or tech startup.
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex digital products, design system management, and deep user empathy.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/React) to inform realistic design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience conducting user testing and synthesizing qualitative feedback into design iterations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
