Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for complex web and mobile applications from concept to hand-off.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using Figma that communicate interaction patterns clearly.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Contribute to and maintain our internal design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and constructive feedback sessions.
- Translate business objectives into compelling, user-centered design solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating high-quality work in digital products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of modern design systems and atomic design principles.
- Experience conducting user interviews and synthesizing qualitative data.
- Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
