Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design from ideation to implementation for mobile/web platforms
- Develop and evolve design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ digital products
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation through design sprints and rapid prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product design with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C product launches
- Proven experience designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance)
- Background in user research and data-informed design decisions
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience mentoring design teams and fostering collaborative cultures
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based workflows
