Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from ideation to implementation using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across web, mobile, and emerging platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling and prototyping
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize user journeys
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with digital-first portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research, wireframing, and interaction design
- Proven ability to deliver complex design systems in regulated industries
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
