Responsibilities
- End-to-end product design from ideation to implementation, owning user flows and interaction models
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Present design rationale and strategy to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with mobile/web SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual storytelling
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
