Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for core product features from concept to launch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design specifications for engineering teams.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and developers to iterate on features.
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to a culture of high-quality craftsmanship.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate the 'why' behind design decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design excellence.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Deep understanding of design systems and component-based workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
