Responsibilities
- Lead the design lifecycle from conceptual wireframing to high-fidelity pixel-perfect execution.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless technical implementation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and improve product performance.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of constructive design critique and professional growth.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and persuasive storytelling.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related creative field.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex user journeys, design systems, and successful product launches.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools, specifically Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/React familiarity is a huge plus).
- Experience facilitating design sprints and cross-functional workshops.
- Deep expertise in user-centered design methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced setting.
