Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for core platform features.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering to ship high-quality code.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design specs.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our creative culture.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design for web and mobile applications.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UI/UX problem-solving.
- Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Proficiency in design systems management and tokenization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
