Responsibilities
- Lead Design Strategy: Own the end-to-end design process for key product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Design Systems: Build, maintain, and scale a robust design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- User Research: Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to drive data-informed design decisions.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate abstract concepts into high-fidelity prototypes.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers and interns, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects.
- Tools: Mastery of Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Industry: Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth tech startups is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
