Responsibilities
- Lead user research, journey mapping, and design sprints to define product strategy
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs with optimal performance
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on behavioral analytics
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Present design solutions to C-suite stakeholders with clear business rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design with 2+ years in B2B SaaS
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design and user-centric solutions
- Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and design thinking
- Experience conducting moderated user interviews and usability testing
- Ability to translate quantitative/qualitative data into design decisions
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
