Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Lead design critiques and mentor junior designers to elevate the team's output.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality execution and implementation.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and iterate based on data.
- Communicate design strategy and vision to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex web or mobile applications.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks and their limitations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to advocate for the user.
- Experience working in an agile, collaborative cross-functional team environment.
