Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create and maintain robust design systems that ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and design integrity.
- Conduct user testing and synthesize data into actionable design improvements.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for design-thinking methodologies throughout the organization.
- Present concepts and design rationale to stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically for web and mobile applications.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex user journeys and visually sophisticated interfaces.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/React).
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between creative vision and business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
