Responsibilities
- Drive the full design lifecycle from concept, wireframing, and prototyping to high-fidelity final delivery.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and technical feasibility.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all product surfaces.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous feedback, artistic growth, and collaborative innovation.
- Present design concepts and rationales to senior stakeholders with confidence and strategic clarity.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, emerging technologies, and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a similar creative discipline.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and user needs.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
