Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and iterate based on data.
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of feedback and design excellence.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible user journeys.
- Present and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders with clear, data-driven rationale.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related creative discipline.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in user experience, visual design, and design systems.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints and technical feasibility.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design strategies.
- A proven track record of shipping successful digital products for web and mobile.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
