Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship seamless, scalable digital solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and interpret user feedback to refine and iterate on core product features.
- Mentor junior design staff and foster a culture of creative excellence and constructive feedback.
- Translate complex business requirements into elegant, accessible user interfaces.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related creative discipline.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and modern design aesthetics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus).
- Experience leading workshops and design sprints in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to articulate design decisions based on behavioral psychology and business objectives.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
