Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product evolution.
- Create and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and solve design challenges.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
- Translate business goals into intuitive user flows and wireframes that enhance user engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related creative field.
- Proven track record of delivering user-centric design solutions for B2B or B2C products.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, with a solid understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects, including case studies and process documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is highly preferred.
