Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Conduct strategic market research and competitive analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Analyze spend data and procurement trends to forecast budget requirements and optimize inventory levels.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and high service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, engineering) to understand technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of driving cost reductions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Certification in Supply Chain (e.g., CPSM, C.P.M.) is a plus.
