About the Role:
You will be the architect of our sourcing strategy, identifying new vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies. If you have a knack for data analysis and a talent for negotiation, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to order-to-cash, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with existing and new suppliers.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to drive mutual growth and performance.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans that align with company financial objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (minimum 5 years).
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) qualification or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Ariba) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
