Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute procurement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards for all materials and services.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring performance alignment with company goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to renewal and termination.
- Process Improvement: Streamline purchasing processes and implement ERP system enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies, industry regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably within the logistics or manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
