Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodity categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations securing optimal terms and pricing
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to contract execution
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to drive cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain supplier relationship management systems
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive procurement experience with strategic sourcing focus
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of delivering 15%+ cost savings initiatives
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
