Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to meet business requirements while reducing costs.
- Manage the full vendor lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and performance evaluation.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and engineering teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Oversee inventory management processes to ensure stock availability without overstocking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with e-procurement tools is a plus.
