Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, from market analysis and supplier identification to negotiation and contract award.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of vendors, conducting performance reviews and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Engineering) to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure full compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and achieving cost reduction targets.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and procurement software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is a plus.
