Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost reduction and quality improvement objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requirement analysis to supplier onboarding and contract renewal.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure favorable business conditions and compliance.
- Monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply chain risks effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align purchasing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
