Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying needs to final contract execution and renewal.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service levels with existing and new suppliers to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and commodity availability to develop strategic sourcing plans.
- Manage a portfolio of key suppliers, conducting performance reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and engineering to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost savings achievement.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
