Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including RFPs, negotiations, and performance reviews.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure inventory availability.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce lead times and operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing complex vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
