Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities, achieving 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles including RFQ/RFP analysis, negotiation, and contract administration
- Build and maintain relationships with critical suppliers, ensuring performance SLAs are consistently met
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify innovation opportunities
- Implement and optimize procurement systems for enhanced visibility and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with 5+ years procurement experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis and market research
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency considered advantageous
