Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for 15+ key commodity categories, targeting 12% annual cost reduction
- Lead RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate complex contracts with Fortune 100 suppliers
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies including Coupa and SAP Ariba
- Analyze market trends and risk factors to develop contingency plans for supply chain resilience
- Manage supplier relationships through KPI tracking and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with engineering teams on value engineering initiatives
- Drive sustainability goals through supplier diversity programs and carbon footprint reduction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with $50M+ spend portfolios
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of implementing category sourcing strategies
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
- Strong contract negotiation skills with documented savings achievements
- Knowledge of ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
