You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to transform supply chain operations while leveraging cutting-edge digital procurement tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles for strategic categories (IT, Marketing, Facilities)
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Negotiate complex contracts with multinational suppliers across 12+ countries
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Drive sustainability initiatives by sourcing eco-friendly alternatives and ESG-compliant vendors
- Optimize procurement processes using SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms
- Analyze spend data to identify trends and recommend strategic sourcing improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of procurement experience with APAC regional exposure
- CIPS Level 5 or equivalent procurement certification
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle)
- Expertise in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and KPI reporting
- Certification in sustainability procurement (e.g., GRESB) preferred
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly desirable
